Additional Images from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Property layouts for Epstein's private tropical island among the released materials.

Additionally included in this new image drop seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up development schemes to transform the sprawling island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Marked on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.

This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and features a notes section detailing distinct parts of the property.

Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, such as plans for dock shelters.

Further materials disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional process.
